Where is the pool located in the residence/hotel ?

Here is the access to the pool according to the different establishments. At the hotel Alparena**** & Spa, the pool is located within the hotel.
At the Balcons de La Rosière****, you have access to the swimming pool of the Alparena hotel located 50 metres above the residence.
At Belle Plagne, the pool is located in chalet 2 (Reception). In Val Thorens, the pool is located in chalet 2, under the reception.
At Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village* and Les Balcons Platinium Val Cenis**, the access to the pool is in the building B of Les Balcons Platinium Val Cenis (located in front of the restaurant La Bergerie).
At the Balcons de Val Cenis Le Haut, you can go to the swimming pool in the Parc des Glières (access for a fee) located near the residence.

When will the payment be taken form my credit card ?

25% of the order amount is taken at the time of booking, the balance being taken 30 days before your departure. In case of reservation less than 30 days before the departure date, the total amount of the stay is taken at the time of the reservation. If you have made a reservation online, the deposit and the balance will be taken automatically at the specified dates..

All our apartments are designed to offer a balcony overlooking the valley or the mountains.

How do I proceed if I want to indicate a specific request for my booking ?

We ask you to return the apartments and rooms by 10am at the latest. A preliminary inventory can be made the day before in case of early departure.
