How can I get back my deposit ?
If you have paid your deposit on site, it will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay or sent back to your postal address, provided that there has been no damage and the flat has been left clean.
If you paid your deposit online (via pre-check-in), you simply left a bank imprint, and no amount was debited from your account. Consequently, no amount will be refunded. In the event of damage, a charge may be levied at the end of your stay.
