To whom do I have to give a deposit and of what amount?
When you receive the keys, you will be asked to pay a deposit per flat in cash, bank or postal cheque or credit card.
We also invite you to check in online before your stay via our Les Balcons application or the link you will receive by email 7 days before the start of your stay. By making your pre-check-in, you are giving a bank pre-authorisation which will act as a deposit (you will only be debited if there is a problem returning the accommodation). This also saves you time on the day of your arrival.
